The single-frame front-end design has been changed for a divided grille with a new front splitter and ‘C’-shaped LED daytime running lights, similar to the 2015 Mitsubishi ASX.

Changes also includes newly styled 16- and 18-inch alloy wheels and the addition of two new colours â€" Diamond White Pearl and Alloy Silver. The interior also benefits from a minor change to the entertainment unit software.

The Lancer range in Australia is currently supported by three sedan models (the ES Sport, LS and XLS Sedan) and one hatch (the GSR).

The Ralliart range includes the Ralliart Sedan, while the Evolution X range features the Evolution and Evolution MR.
