The 2015 Mitsubishi ASXÂ gets a number of styling changes and the addition of some new technology.
Mitsubishiâs popular ASX SUV this week received yet another revamp including 18-inch alloy wheels, black wheel arch surrounds and a chrome tailgate finisher.
Inside there have been a few changes too, including a new steering wheel (the same as the one seen in the updated Outlander) which has piano black highlights, while the audio system has been updated with DAB digital radio.
The range remains available in the entry-level LS and flagship XLS variants.
Buyers can choose either a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine with front-wheel drive, which is sold as a five-speed manual or continuously variable transmission (CVT) automatic. Its outputs remain at 110kW of power and 197Nm of torque, while fuel use is rated at 7.6 litres per 100 kilometres for the manual or 7.4L/100km for the auto.
Thereâs also the four-wheel drive diesel model, which has a 2.2-litre four-cylinder turbo engine that produces 110kW and 360Nm. That engine is available solely with a six-speed automatic.
All ASX models have a reverse-view camera and rear parking sensors, as well as seven airbags (dual front, front side, full-length curtain and driverâs knee). Other items include climate control, and Bluetooth phone and audio streaming with voice control.
Metallic or pearlescent paint adds $550.
